By placing an order with us you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please note the grocery collection terms and listed first and pizza collection terms and listed second.

Grocery Collection Terms

  1. We order some items ahead of the collection day so we are unable to process refunds with less than 48hrs notice, unless we can rebook your collection slot. If we can rebook your collection slot then you will receive a 75% refund. If you cancel with at least 48hrs notice you will receive a 95% refund (we have to pay a refund processing fee).
  2. We reserve the right to cancel your order. If we cancel your order then we will refund you in full.
  3. The balance of any items that are collected but not paid for must be settled within 24hrs.
  4. We do not process or store any card details ourselves. All processing is carried out by Paypal or Valitor.
  5. The vegetable box selection is given as a sample only. Due to interrupted supply chains produce selections in your box may vary from what is displayed on the website, but we will always aim to make a like-for-like substitution. You can let us know in the comments if you’d rather we didn’t do this.
  6. All weights and measures are approximate.
  7. Our kitchens and packing areas handle a variety of allergens. Whilst we try to ensure all allergens are kept separate we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination.
  8. We may use your contact details to confirm collection details with you. We will not pass your details on to any third parties.
  9. Please ensure that you follow all social distancing guidance whilst collecting your order. Please park in the parking area near the café.

Pizza Collection Terms

  1. We do not process or store any card details ourselves. All processing is carried out by Paypal or Valitor.
  2. We may use your contact details to confirm collection details with you. We will not pass your details on to any third parties.
  3. Please make sure you bring your order reference number (included in your confirmation email) for collection. 
  4. Our kitchens and packing areas handle a variety of allergens. Whilst we try to ensure all allergens are kept separate we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination.
  5. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are committing to follow all social distancing guidance whilst on site.
  6. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund you. If we have to close at short notice due to government guidance then we may offer credit instead of a refund.
  7. Due to supplier ordering deadlines and sourdough processes, we’re currently unable to offer refunds if you cancel your order.
  8. Children must be supervised at all times.
  9. The farm has granted permission for customers collecting takeaway food from the cafe to use the top field (adjacent to the cafe). As part of the terms offered by the farm, there is to be no outside food or drink to be brought onsite. 
  10. We are currently unable to offer toilet or hand washing facilities for any of our takeaway food.
  11. Please ensure you take all rubbish and recycling with you. 
  12. Please do not bring any glassware or crockery onsite. We can provide takeaway cups with drinks. 
  13. Dogs must be on leads.
  14.  Please notify us of any issues with your order upon collection as we may not be able to remedy these at a later stage.
