We use a booknig system in the café. Booking for food isn’t essential but is highly recommeneded, espcecially if the weather isn’t good and you’d like an inside table.
Booking info/terms and conditions
Bookings are for 90 minutes, for inside tables and for food only, not for coffee and cake. Booking is highly advised, but any unused tables inside can be used for walk-ins
Brunch bookings are from 09:30-11:30 Thurs-Sun, with last brunch orders at 11:45
Lunch bookings are from 12:00-15:00 Thurs-Sun, with first lunch orders from 12:00
There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, after which time bookings will be cancelled
Bookings can be amended by following the link in your confirmation email (please check Spam email folders if you have not received confirmation)
On arrival, please queue at the till to be assigned your table. We operate till service so please also order at the till when you are ready
Some of our tables are quite long so you may be sharing a table with others
Bookings are for up to 6 people. Please email hello@caper.org.uk if you would like to book for more than 6 people
Please use the booking notes AND inform upon ordering of any allergies – we have a small menu which changes regularly (always vegan and GF options available) so we can not always accommodate sesame or nut allergies

Some of the user submitted photos on our Google Reviews and TripAdvisor do not reflect our current location but rather the previous location of the cafe. For up to date photos of our current location and food offering, please refer to either our recent social media posts or any photos from 2023 onwards
A widget should pop up on this page allowing bookings through Guestplan. Please note that the system will take card details (from next week) and there is a charge for no shows as we have limited seating. We’ll publish some sample menus soon, but you can always check Instagram / Facebook for menu updates.
